Way 1: the free tool, no account
The quickest way. It works on the free headshot tool and the free dating photo tool.
1. Pick a style and a background
On the free headshot tool: suit, blazer, white coat or smart casual, on white, gray or cream. On the free dating tool: casual, smart casual, athletic or night out, with a warm, natural or city background.
2. Upload one selfie, or take one
Face the camera in good light. The camera button works on phones and laptops.
3. Tell us where to send it
While the photo is made (usually about 10 seconds) we ask for your email. The photo stays blurred until you give one. We send you a copy once.
4. See it and download it
You get one photo, 512 pixels wide, with a watermark. It stays saved in your browser on that device.
Way 2: a free preview for your job
Best if you already know what the photo is for and may want the pack after.
1. Say what the photo is for
LinkedIn and work, dating, real estate, law, healthcare or something else. The free preview uses the styles for that choice.
2. Make your free preview
Upload a selfie and get one watermarked preview. You can also skip this step.
3. Sign up to keep it
A free account, with email or Google. No card. If your internet connection already used its free photo, your new account still gets one free preview.
4. Buy only if you want more
The pack is $0.99 for 5 photos in 4K, paid once. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
The limits, in plain words
- One free photo per person. We count it by internet connection, so a shared office or home connection may have used it already.
- There is a daily limit for everyone together. If it is reached, the tool tells you and you can try again the next day.
- The free photo always has a watermark and is small (512 pixels wide). Fine to see how you look; too small for print.
- A new account gets its own free preview, even when the connection already used the free photo.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your selfie: deleted from our storage as soon as your free photo is made.
- Your free photo: deleted from our servers within two days. Your download and the emailed copy stay with you.
- Your email: kept to send you the photo once. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. Ask and we delete it.
- Training: we do not use your photos to train AI.
